Time will tell, but I know for sure I am saving my two beautiful Himalayan Salt blocks to use for seasonings vegetables, seafood and as a serving utensil. I did season both of these blocks in my oven when I received them. Probably the last time they will see heat. These will sweat so I need to use the storage bag that came with them. If displaying these beauties, be sure to put protection under them to catch any of the sweating salt.
