The 15 piece Laundry Set by Pulito is as described on the product description page. This came in a plastic bag containing the 6 merino wool laundry balls, 6 stainless steel safety pins and 3 zippered laundry bags. The mesh bags are not anything to call home about. They are just sewn mesh piping down both sides of the bag. They have with a plastic zipper with protective covering for the zipper stop. I’ve used mesh laundry bags for delicate items for years, but this is the first time I have used wool balls in my dryer. I actually love them. After reading about wool laundry balls, I learned that fleece and synthetic fibers are the main contributors for static electricity created in the dryer. I removed my synthetic workout gear after about 10 minutes and hung them to finish air drying. The safety pins which you attach to the wool balls also help to reduce unwanted static. These wool balls actually reduce drying time.
The most beneficial and time saving thing I’ve done with the wool balls is to use them when taking wrinkles out of clothes. I didn’t even put in a damp cloth with the wrinkled outfits. Much to my surprise, I didn’t have to take out the iron at all. The wool balls beat the wrinkles away. Even on a pair of jeans that were taken from the wash and line dried and stiff. I am super impressed with the balls. Not noisy at all either. Can’t wait to try these with my bedding. I’m thinking that these should alleviate the need to untangle and fluff when tumble drying them.
Save time, money and energy with these merino wool laundry balls. They soften and fluff, shorten drying time, reduce static all without any added chemicals. Just toss these into the dryer and let them do all the work. You can store these balls in the dryer. So far I am loving what these unbleached wool balls are doing for my laundry. I am very impressed. I received these for free in exchange for my testing and review.
