The Rooibos Organic Tea from Cornucopia Brands is as described on the description page. It’s an herbal tea that is suppose to have a vanilla note of flavor. It’s a fine flavored tea, but I really didn’t distinguish the vanilla taste in it. That might just be my taste buds used to really strong black coffee and strong herb/spiced teas. I like that this organic tea is caffeine free and low in tannins. I love to drink tea hot as well as cold. In the video I showed the tea being brewed 3 ways. I did 2 French press teas, a pour over tea and a tea quickly brewed in my Keurig reusable filter. I preferred the French press over all of them. I drink most of my teas plain, but you could add honey, milk, lemon, cinnamon and other spices to your own personal preference. After making, if we don’t drink immediately, I refrigerate it. We are going to have a lot of tea to drink today and tomorrow with the demonstration. I love that this tea is organic and marketed by a company in Kentucky, USA. I received this tea for free in exchange for my honest review.
